Nice gift but problems with communication

I sent this as a gift to someone across the country and she loved the crunchiness and strong flavor of the cookies as well as the rich texture of the orange bundt cakes. I was happy that she liked the gift but had a lot of angst until she get it because I never received any communication or confirmation from Gregory's Groves after they emailed me that they received my payment. The order did not contain any fresh fruit so I didn't think there would be a delay but after almost 3 weeks without hearing anything about shipping I began calling them and no one could find out whether my order had been shipped. I finally got the confirmation from the gift recipient that it arrived after almost 3 weeks. So I would warm you that if you are sending a gift, don't expect it to arrive quickly. I had sent another gift order to someone over the winter and never heard anything back about that one, either, so now I'm not even sure it wes ever sent out. The customer service reps on the phone were very nice but had not been empowered to know much about tracking or order status. So while the products may be good, there's a lot of uncertainty about fulfillment.
