I was so excited to get these oranges as I miss being in Florida and this is like a slice of home. When I received the notification that my Honeybells were here I ran home from work in anticipation to receive my juicy treat. Upon opening the box I was dismayed to find that a couple of the Oranges had gotten moldy in transit. I quickly removed what I could salvage and called customer service. I was helped by a wonderful woman who apologized and advised me that she would send me a replacement for the amount of Oranges I lost. Believing this was a fair trade, I accepted and went about my day. I enjoyed the delicious oranges that were salvaged with the thought that I would get the remainder soon. The days past when I finally got my notification that the rest of my oranges arrived! I went to pick them up only to be in shock that I received a whole order or Honeybells! I was elated and ran upstairs to enjoy my feast. Fastforward to a couple of days later when I got yet another notification. Gregory's Grove felt so bad that they sent me MORE Honeybells as an apology! I was elated and felt so happy that they cared enough to reach out so much to rectify an honest mistake. I appreciate and will continue to support this business and its wonderful staff! Thank you all for your wonderful customer service and delicious produce!

The oranges were perfect! The flavor and their taste were indescribably delicious! My only negative comment concerns when they arrived. They arrived the week before my requested arrival week. Most of the time that's a good thing. I thought I might be out of town for a few days the week I received them (the week of March 28), so I requested the week of April 3. They arrived on March 31, but luckily I was here because my trip was canceled. Otherwise they would've stayed on my porch for three days or so.

Well I was a bit disappointed. The box was opened when it arrived and it was obvious that the fruit which had abrasion marks on them had fallen out and been replaced at some point along their path. Several were severely bruised on the bottoms. I don't know if that was from being dropped or frozen. At any rate, after deciding to go ahead and eat them, the oranges were good. I was expecting them to be a bit sweeter, but I guess it was early in their season. But they were good.

I got four shipments of Honeybells this past season from four different companies. I got my order from Gregory's at the very end of the season because they were new to me and were the only company still shipping them. I wish I had ordered from them at the beginning of the year, because these were wonderful! Very sweet and juicy, like the best of the season instead of the end of it. After my first Honeybell, I tried to order another shipment, but they were already sold out. Now I have to wait until 2020 to get more. Very sad about that.
